What it is

Vehicle horn engaged.

This property must communicate if the vehicle's horn is currently engaged or not. If true, the horn is engaged. If false, the horn is disengaged.

How the ID is built

A property ID is a 32-bit value packing four fields. Reading 0x11200340 apart:
