EV_CHARGE_STATE
What it is
Charging state of the car
Returns the current charging state of the car.
If the vehicle has a target charge percentage other than 100, this property must return EvChargeState::STATE_FULLY_CHARGED when the battery charge level has reached the target level. See EV_CHARGE_PERCENT_LIMIT for more context.
