EV_CHARGE_CURRENT_DRAW_LIMIT
What it is
Indicates the maximum current draw threshold for charging set by the user
configArray[0] is used to specify the max current draw allowed by the vehicle in Amperes.
This property is defined as VehiclePropertyAccess.READ_WRITE, but OEMs have the option to implement it as VehiclePropertyAccess.READ only.
How the ID is built
A property ID is a 32-bit value packing four fields. Reading 0x11600f3f apart:
