What it is
Outside temperature
This property must communicate the temperature reading of the environment outside the vehicle. If there are multiple sensors for measuring the outside temperature, this property should be populated with the mean or a meaningful weighted average of the readings that will best represent the temperature of the outside environment.
How the ID is built
A property ID is a 32-bit value packing four fields. Reading 0x11600703 apart:
